Perl in 10.2.0.3

Hi,

Kindly clarify me on the below think

We have Development users who uses PERL for there development work in oracle 9.2.0.8 32 bit version. In the past they had trouble compiling PERL on ORACLE 10g 64-bit, So we have not upgraded the database to 10g version. Do oracle 10.2.0.3 supports PERL?
