We're using it in a few production environments and although it's fairly new and I haven't been heavily involved in those environments, my impression is "so far, so good". I can't comment on any interaction with Oracle's support for Linux since I haven't had the pleasure yet, but I'd imagine it's on par with their database support services. If you're new to Orace on RedHat/OE Linux, I'd highly recommend reading this article:
