I had problems last year with the Intelligent Agent on an NT machine, = it
would spawn new user sessions until the limit was reached.

Oracle 7.3.4.4 on NT 4 SP5.

Oracle didn't seem to know what to make of this, they asked me to = upgrade it
etc. etc. but in the end I completely de-installed the Intelligent = Agent
from all the NT servers here.

	Hi, =20

We also came across a similar issue like this.... Is your
Oracle
Intelligent Agent running... / Have you installed OEM, =20

Oracle Intelligent Agent - a process that interacts with the OEM
Console's
Communication Daemon. The Agent scheduled and runs jobs at the
server and
monitors for certain events on the system where it runs.=20

Stop the Oracle Inteligent Agent / OEM first and let me know.
Check
for the version and the Oracle and Patches....

	Thanks
