Developer 6i does not require the use of OAS. You will need the Developer
Server for Development and Deployment and an HTTP Listener for Development
and also Deployment. Developer Server does not require OAS -- just any
HTTP Listener.
When you install Developer 6i, if you request that you want to be able to test your applications on the Web, the installer will automatically install the "lite HTTP listener" from WebDB and the Developer Forms . This configuration works quite well for Development.
