env-variables in oracle.ini / Forms 4.5

Runing a report on a PC (designed with OR 2.5) I have got an REP-0118 error, which means 'unable to create a temporary file'. The manual says 'the enviroment variable that determins in what directory ...is ...invalid'. But it doesn't say the name of the enviroment variable (;<). Where can I find a description of all possible enviroment variable in oracle.ini ?
