For each data that is in my database, it is possible to determine who entered this data or which procedure entered this data. In this way, you know exactly who is responsible for each data.
This data is of great importance to the history of events. This data is also of great importance to other things that do not fall under the history of events.
RM / T, 6NF "Anchor Modeling" did not mention this data as historical.
