Relational data modeling with predicate calculus experience

I hesitated before posting here, but I'm finding it difficult to connect with people who are skilled enough. I apologise if this is perceived as spam after you followed the predicate calculus link bait.

We're a medium sized business (1000 employees) based in Singapore and we're looking for someone to build and take control of the logic model for the whole company.

I'm posting here because I've read some of the other discussions and it appears to be one of the few places that might have the right people in it. It's also an opportunity for those of you who want to work without compromising on the theoretical side (too much).
