I am sorry but I have no clue what you are talking about...

A function is not a OO component, a relation is not an OO component. Functions and relations existed long before OO mechanisms started to appear. They are concepts deeply bound to mathematics. I do not understand how you can define such abstract logical construct by inheritance mechanism which basically in implementation layer?
