I don't know what is your source of info but you've got it all wrong. RDB optimiser has been an effort of mostly 2 people: Antoshenkov (deseased) and Ziauddin. Ziauddin is currently an architect at Oracle and has influenced many CBO features. Received on Wed Jun 14 2006 - 20:59:37 CEST
