The view exposed is commonly known as a carricature...Depicting 2 extreme sides of a spectrum may help answering the question by triggering new questions from the questionner, not answering them straight away...Independently from my own opinion on the subject, I do not believe there is a right or wrong answer on that kind of question. On situationnal questions such as these, what makes sense to you because of your experience does not necessarily make sense to somebody else.

Sorry for you...It is a consequence of associating self esteem and recognition by peers.

I have meant seeking self esteem as a seeking personnal growth while doing your job. Education on data management may greatly contibute to it and I do not believe that there is anything wrong in that... Received on Wed May 24 2006 - 11:36:28 CEST
