Look- I was trying to explain it in simple terms and not cloud the issue. For the purpose of this discussion (views and normalization) the distinction between conceptual and logical is not important. Also, there have been numerous dicussions here (arguments) about what is conceptual vs. logical. That is why I specifically stated why I was avoiding the distinction. So what happens?
