Of course it is but that is irrelevant. What is relevant is that Oracle Certification is a program of the Oracle Corporation and has nothing, zero, nada, nyet, zilch to do with the program at the University of Washington.

I hadn't expected providing clarification to be a problem. I'll try for fuzziness in the future.
