That is harder than it ought to be, but here is an IBM manual for the very old (mid-60's) mutlivalue query language (aka Pick query language) that is known by a bunch of names -- in this case UniQuery. http://publibfi.boulder.ibm.com/epubs/pdf/25124290.pdf
My daughter was working to put the flashcards I wrote about PICK on some web pages, but it is not in any finished state.
