I think it's implied, by the page it's listed on. It's still nonsense, though.

As for "well-known database", that's a silly statement too. Oracle isn't a database. TR2FEES is a database I have, which is well known to it's tormentors, sorry administrators, but not much beyond those boundaries (you don't know how lucky you are). It's managed by Oracle, which is sadly well known around the world as a database management system. (Some know it as a relational database management system, but in error.) This is certainly turning into my pet peeve of the day...
