A few years ago some of the sci. in MIT, Stanford and few others began
work on Data Stream Management System. ie. Database management system
where almost all information is represented as continous streams.
Great. Considering this - this sceintists trying to formalize a
declarative query language based on SQL.
Notice, that existence of continously appended structures need
continously updated answers. So potential query - if they are possilbe
to formalize - should return a continous stream of data as an answer.
First beta has been released - by Telegraph Project - based on
PostgreSQL (Crator of PostreSQL is involved in DSMS idea also -Project
Aurora/Medusa)
