I don't know of any standard/free database models ... though, y'know, offering up something like that might just be a serious business opportunity!
There have been umpteen attempts to come up with standard object libraries for various business apps, tho I don't know that any of them has succeeded commercially. There are umpteen more efforts going on now to define standard XML records for industries. And there's this semantic web thingie that's trying to come up with a standard ontology for the universe in 25 words or less.
