This depends a bit on what you mean with a model (just one relation, or a set of relations) and embeddable (you want to implemente the relations in one relation, you want to have an homomorphism from a relation to a relation, et cetera). So could you expand a little bit on that, and perhaps also indicate which text you are using to learn from? Then we might be able to help you a little more.
