Q: Tools for building Logical Data Model

Dear db-specialists,

I'm looking for a tool for building a logical datamodel (and further down the line physical dm etc.) in a multi team project environment. The end product will be a datawarehouse/datamarts (Oracle-dbms, reporting tools: Cognos). Any hints, tips, pros, cons on things like Visio, ErWin/Studio, Oracle Designer, Cognos Architect.
