I purchased PD for my company. I create logical and physiacl models for both Oracle and SQL Server. I don't need alot of fine tuning on the generated ddl, but I have found a few bugs in the features. Sybase has been generally responsive (albeit slow) to reports of problems with the software. We created database definition files for SQL Server and Oracle (it is in XML) to generate DDL that fits our source templates, which I think is a nice feature. The interface can be a little quirky, but is pretty easy to use. All the major DBMS are supported in one license.
Hope that helps,
