How can any summary that calls an N-dimensional relation a two-dimensional table qualify as excellent? How can any summary that equates a purely logical construct like a relation to a purely physical construct like "flat file" qualify as excellent?
It is true that one can represent an n-dimensional relation on a two-dimensional medium, but that does not make the relation two-dimensional. At least, no more than taking a picture of my house makes my house two-dimensional.
The site confuses terms and propagates other misconceptions too. While readers will gain some approximate understanding of the subject matter from the site, I would not call the site an excellent summary. Received on Sat Jul 14 2001 - 22:22:55 CEST
