Well, thanks to all for your replies.
This thread has exceeded the length I thought it would! I had thought I was in 2NF but just wanted to verify with some others. Tom, no biggie, I didn't modify the table structures because I couldn't for the life of me see anything wrong with leaving them that way. To clarify everyone's points:
A garage number is not globally unique, it will be garage number 1 in multiple buildings.
Also garage number 1 can and will have different sizes in different buildings.
I will assume from what I've read that I'm ok in 2NF. Thanks to all
