Funny, I'm just looking at "The Data Webhouse Toolkit" right now, between me and the monitor.
There's also "The Data Warehouse Lifecycle Toolkit."
A warning: Kimball doesn't write the same book over and over again. It's a good idea, when you read the later books, to have access to the earlier books, or a real good memory.
