did any database designer write a book
regarding "database design with the help
of DBMS"?
I believe most developers of large-scale
application in the field want this kind of book.
I did when I worked as a programmer for
a software company.
in textbooks of database system,
authors are reluctant to list concrete
examples to explain very abstract,
pseudo-mathematical ideas such as
relational algebra.
