Sometimes you just gotta know. :) Seriously, it can do so IF you succeed in developing
abstractions that you can reuse. If you're not good at that and can't find or don't want someone
else's, then indeed, you'll probably be writing more code. But OO alone won't do that. Chances
are that if one writes bad structural code, then the OO code won't be any better. (Note that OO
follows directly from the best practices of good code builders).
