HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\ORACLE\
Go to each of the above and look which values and keys you have to delete.

You will have to remove the entries of ORACLE_HOME from the registry.
This has to be done with care.
You will have to delete some entries from Windows Registry
