If you are going to be so vague that you simply reply "read the manual", don't be surprised if someone asks which one. There are a vast number of manuals for Oracle (many of which are very poorly written), if you are not even prepared to help people find the right manual, I would suggest you do not reply to postings.

If you don't know how to think, there is not much YOU can do.
