Sadly, most of what you learned from SqlServer will be of no use in Oracle and may even hinder your development of good Oracle skills ( they are really 2 very different architectures and have very different ways of doing things) That said, a good starting place is
Register ( it is free) and read, read, read..There are full docs and many white papers and technical briefs..
Look into formal Oracle training in your area of the universe - learning Oracle on your own can be done, but an at least an Introductory class will greatly speed the learning curve..
