Help Please, Oracle Application Forms Toolbar

I need to modify Oracle Application Forms. Could anyone tell me that how to modidy the toolbar on each Oracle form of Application, such as Action,Edit,Query..? I need to add LOV to Query-find. Please give me some ideas, I am new on Oracle Application. Thanks in advance!
