Personal Oracle Database packaging along with application

Hi Gurus,

We have a C/S application which uses Oracle database. For demo/eval purposes we want to distribute personal Oracle database and required data along with our application.

Can anyone suggest ways of

1) Packaging Oracle personal edition with our appliction?
2) Configuring Oracle and loading demo data at installation time
3) Any license issues with this type of packaging
