Unable to open a Form Application

I have a multi form application consisting of at least 10 diff forms. All of these forms have a entry form called STARTUP.

When I run STARTUP I get the message
'you do not have access to this application.contact your administrator.'

I realize this problem is due to the lack of privileges . How do I fix this.
