There's lots of commercial tools such as TOAD, SQL Navigator,
SQL-Programmer, PL/SQL Developer, and KeepTool. If you're on Oracle9i
Release 2 you can also use JDeveloper 9i to debug PL/SQL (enhancements
expected in JDeveloper 9i 9.0.3).
