I don't think that using just your OCP will land you a job easily, as there is an obvious oversupply of Oracle DBAs presently. If you know some other related skill such as programming (Java, C ,...), know well another database (DB2, SQL Server, ...), or are an expert in one specific Oracle area (performance tuning, replication, ...), then things will be a lot easier for you. Looking for a position just with OCP is not easy for anyone these days.
