SPEEDING UP IMPORT

We have one table with 6mil rows (among others) and I am trying to import into the new instance. It is taking very long time (several hours) and I am ending up with some problems.

I know this wont be done on a daily basis, but how can I speed it up ? I have turned off constraints. Is there anything I can do to speed it up?
