I'd go to otn.oracle.com, sign up for an account (free, and you'll need it to download), and download Oracle 9. You can do so for a trial (it's actually not time-limited, I don't think). Big dl, but no trouble. Read the docs at: http://download-west.oracle.com/otndoc/oracle9i/901_doc/index.htm and search for .dmp
