Migration Tools

We are in the process of migrating a huge (30 GB data) Oracle database (1000 tables) into another Oracle database. The source and target databases are of two different products.

Any pointers on good tools and relative feature comparision to

analyze the source database
store the mapping information
migrate the data are highly appreciated.
