Export from VMS

Hello,
I have a OpenVMS server, on which Oracle "should" be installed. I'm neither the programmer nor the provider of the application, this is why I say "should", but I need urgently to export the data. I have been able to locate the data files, there is one ROO file and each time a pair of DBS and a SNP files with differents names (a.dbs & a.snp, b.dbs & b.snp, etc.). How can I do that ? I should be able to copy the files to an another server (W2K or Linux) running a recent version of Oracle.
