I am looking for a document template that includes every detail of the things that should be considered before installing the oracle software and implementing a database. This is strictly for the physical implementation so I am only concerned with such things as (filesystems and directory layout, tablespace sizing and layout, init.ora parameters, backup and recovery etc).
