datafile size mismatch(Its urgent)

Hi All ,
 I wrote a procedure which inserts around 5 lacs recodrs in diffrent table.The problem is that after runnning the procedure for more than an hour it gives the message of Error reading input output and can't read the rollback segment no. 7.

Therafter i restart the system but now it is saying that oracle not available.

I connected internal at svrmgr30.Then it is saying the mismatch in size of datafile.
Where actually the problem is ?Is the problem in my procedure?Or this is another problem.How t get rid of this problem.

What i did i removed the tablespace and users and creted them again.Not it start connecting users.again whe i run the procedure the problem is same.
Please help me.Its urgent.
