LOCALSYSTEM User Privileges

Greetings,
I've been struggling with this for sometime, and think I know what is causing the problem, but don't know how to execute. I've got some Oralce services running, but using the Administrator account. When I installed Oracle, the services needed to start, but the only way to get them to start is to set the services login as Administrator, not LocalSystem, like everything else. All connections to the Oracle 8i PE database are succesfull, except for ones instantiated by Internet connection through ASP. The provider for OLEDB can not be found I bleieve because the services are logged in as Administrator instead of LocalSystem.
How can I get these services to start using the LocalSystem account instead of the Administrator account?

Any help would be appreciated.
