Help, help!! (with JDBC and Oracle 7)

Dear all,
I am try to construct a database with Personal Oracle 7 and Java,
using JDBC to connect them,
but i have a problem now, i install the Oracle 7 into my Win 98
System, when i use JDBC, i must give it the URL of the Oracle server,
but the Oracle is in my PC, not in the real server, what should i do
with the URL? or maybe you have another way to connect the java with
the Oracle 7.
