Prilon,
I share your sentiments and would like to encourage you to keep asking. I am new to Oracle myself and most of the times do not have the proper terminology nor direction to phrase the question properly. Alas, this is most frustrating to the well-intentioned individuals who are sincerely trying to help.
I find it useful to post exact and complete procedures performed and the error messages that were generated. Providing as much information upfront would prevent followup postings requesting additional information.
