Slow Connect But Local Only

I installed Oracle8i 8.1.7 on Win2k. It takes about 300ms to connect to it if i use SQL*PLUS on another NT system. but if i do so on the same machine on which the db is installed, it takes about 15s. tnsping is fast. Who can help me? Received on Wed Jul 11 2001 - 05:45:00 CEST
