Yep, Depends on your potential employer if they are willing to give you a chance.
If you show determination to get the job and keeness to learn Oracle I don't see why not.
Thats how I got my first Oracle position with just a general knowledge of SQL. Worked my way up, moved around and 5 years later...... ;-)
