last sql-statement in a session

Hallo!
How can I get the last sql-statement that a user startet in a given session? I need this for an error-handler in a C++-application that works with an oracle database(8.1.7). If an error occurs I can get the error message but not the statement that raises this error. But for diagnostic it where very helpfull to get the statement that raises the error.
