Threaded on Windows and OS/2, process-based on Unix (threaded applications are supported on Unix)

standard ARIES, replay the logs during crash recovery, all standard SQL92 isolation levels supported

No difference. EEE (Enterprise - Extended Edition) is a shared-nothing version of EE (like Informix XPS) built with the same compile of EE (what Arrowhead is aimed at).
