Problem installing Personal Oracle

Hi,

I'm getting an error when trying to install a downloaded version of Personal Oracle into my Windows ME.
The 'File location' window of the Universal Installer displays the following:

Source: C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\install\STAGE\products.jar

Destination:
C:\WINDOWS\TEMP\INSTALL\STAGE\COMPONENTS\ORACLE.SWD.JRE\1.1.7.24\1\DATAFILES \EXPANDED\JRE\WIN32\BIN\..\\Oracle\Ora81

After clicking NEXT I the following error:

"There was a problem in accessing the staging area.  Please make sure the specified values for 'Source'  and 'Destination' are valid."

Can someone tell me how to fix the problem???
