SqlLoader: linefeed character problem

Hello!
When trying to load a CSV-formatted file we discovered that one of it's fields contained linefeed characters. And as you all know, Oracle interprets those as end of record and can't read the file any further.
Has anybody been here? What would be the handiest way to work-around this problem ?
