Advice on where to post

Hi, I am in the process or hiring an Oracle/VB programmer to take over the development work on one of our websites from a 3rd party who is finishing the project in January. Not being an Oracle programmer myself, I have found it difficult to find good places to post job listings. I would sincerely appreciate any help in this area.
