I think you're going to have a hard time finding an unbiased comparison.
I can tell you this, though. The more experience you have with more systems, the better it looks on a resume. Even if the company that's doing the hiring doesn't really need all of what you have, you're knowing more gives the employer more flexibility. For instance, say you know both database X and database Y. The company is using database X but is thinking of porting to database Y. Your experience with both will make it much easier for them to make that change. It also gives you more clout when you say 'No, don't use database Y, it sucks.' If you didn't know it, they'd just think you were trying to protect your job.
