ORA-01043 -> user side memory corruption?????

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this error I ran into the other day. We are using a 3rd party tool to export data from and AS400 which then imports the data into an Oracle database (7.3).

This has been running smoothly for around 6 months when all of a sudden it recieved the following error:

ORA-01043 (which the Oracle documentation says)  'User side memory corruption ....'
Cause: The application code corrupted some fo the user memory used by Oracle.
Action: Make sure that the application code is not overwriting memory.

Has anyone ran into this error before? If so what ended up being the cause? If not what would you say would be my best attack zone for trying to figure out the problem.
